I specialise in providing counselling for MTF and FTM transgendered people at any stage of the journey – from cross dressing through to post operation, and any stage in between.
Exploring your gender and transitioning can be a difficult time, and can affect your home life, relationships, and work, causing upset, stress and confusion. Counselling can help you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. It is fully confidential and non-judgemental, allowing you to be yourself and look at working towards becoming the real 'you'.
We will work together to help you to find your own solutions, and to promote positive outcomes and inner strength.
I work with all ages, including teenagers and children, and also work with family and partners in providing additional support.
